The Perry family know how to do Barbecue. 12 Hour, "slow and low" smoked Pork Butts along with the smoked butt's outer layer, known as "bark," that dark, flavorful crust formed is one to enjoy. Ask for some "bark" to be included with your next Pork Plate or Sandwich order and experience the flavor. Try tasting the pork with the bark before adding any BBQ sauce. Simply AMAZING... The entire team at Perry's BBQ want you to experience the flavor and artistry of amazing flavors of all the scrumptious dishes they have created... And remember to ask to speak with Patrick Perry to let him know how much you appreciate his family's efforts...

Perry’s BBQ in Paris, TN deserves five stars. I ordered the brisket plate, and it was spot-on. The brisket was tender, full of flavor, and had that real smoke taste you can’t fake. Portion size was generous, and everything on the plate tasted fresh. Service was quick and friendly, and the whole place feels like a no-nonsense local spot that actually cares about the food they’re serving. If you’re anywhere near Paris, TN and want good barbecue, the brisket plate here is the move. Five stars. I’ll definitely be back.
